In 2020 DASF partnered with the City of Denton Animal Shelter to set up an Emergency Pet Food Pantry for community members experiencing financial insecurity due to COVID-19. So far the food pantry helped feed over 4,600 Denton pets in need. As our community continues to navigate these unprecedented times, DASF has committed to keeping the Emergency Pet Food Pantry stocked as long as the community needs it.
DASF will be hosting an Community Pet Food Drive during National Pet Week, May 2- 8th.
