Host An Event

Thank you for your support and interest hosting a fundraiser for DASF! We refer to events hosted by our supporters as Community-Led Events. We’ll support your event as we are able, but you’re in control of running the show.

We’re extremely grateful to the community for all the support and we could not do all we do without you!

Events and other fundraisers put on by members of the community are a big reason DASF is able to save so many Denton area animals!!

Denton Animal Support Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity exempt from federal tax. Your organization will receive an acknowledgment of your donation and a tax letter for IRS purposes. Please ensure the donation check is made out to Denton Animal Support Foundation or DASF. Donations can also be made online.

Please note, we are not the City of Denton Animal Shelter nor do we manage or operate the shelter. The animal shelter is run by the City of Denton. If you made a donation directly to the animal shelter, please consult a tax professional as shelter donations may not be tax deductible. Please contact the shelter if you have any questions about donations made directly to them.
