Make the Season Bright for Homeless Pets at the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center

Lights of Love has ended for 2016. Thank you to everyone who made a donation in honor or memory of a loved one. Your gifts will make a difference in the lives of many homeless, neglected, and abused animals in Denton.

Let’s get into the holiday spirit and help the many homeless pets at the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center find their forever homes this holiday season. Wish someone you love a very Meowy Christmas and happy holidays by purchasing a light or wreath in his or her honor or memory.

For only $10, a light will be hung at the Shelter with your loved one’s name, or for $25, a wreath with a photo of your loved one will be displayed throughout the holiday season. A DASF acknowledgment of your thoughtful donation makes a perfect stocking stuffer for your loved one. Lights and wreaths can be purchased for a special person, favorite pet, or organization important to you.

Your gift will not only light up the shelter and honor a loved one, but it will add critical funding to our Adoption Subsidy Fund. This funding lowers the cost of adoptions for around 1,000 harder to adopt pets every year. Give the gift of a second chance and purchase your lights and wreaths today.

Save the date for the Lights of Love Community Open House

Join us as we celebrate the holiday season with a community open house. The shelter will be beautifully decorated with your lights and wreaths and many pets will be available for adoption at this special evening event. Grab your family and friends and come for the music, sweet treats, and fun.
